Make sure all your extracts come from a fresh, pampered, organic, sun-grown cannabis plant. The two most common ways to take CBD are oral and topical with several delivery methods such as pastes, tinctures, capsules and creams.

PASTES: CBD paste is almost entirely untampered with, which is exactly how nature intended...A pea size of paste is best taken under the tongue. This is so the cannabinoids (CBD) can be absorbed through the membranes under the tongue directly into the blood stream. This method means that the CBD dose not get wasted whilst being metabolised in the liver. By consuming this way you also avoid to much taste.

CBD Oil/Tincture: CBD oil/tinctures, whether ingested orally or applied topically, is one of the fastest and most popular ways to consume your CBD. Its versatile nature means you can add a few drops to food, but it is generally it is consumed by placing it under the tongue and holding it there for a few minutes, this enables the CBD to enter the bloodstream quickly. You should feel the effects within 30 minutes and it should typically last for around 6 hours. This method enables you to adjust  your dose by adding or subtracting the drops.

CBD Capsules: This is an easy and convenient way to digest CBD, with each capsule offering  a pre measured dose that can be taken discreetly and  on the go.

CBD Sprays: Grants you to absorb the CBD under the tongue offering a quick delivery into the bloodstream. This option can can be easier to apply than drops  which can prevent wastage.

CBD Vaping: Can be a convenient, favourable and effective way to consume CBD Oil. It is a quick way to get CBD into the bloodstream  and can be used discreetly.

CBD Edibles: CBD edibles are different from tinctures as they are broken down slowly in to the ive system and it can take up to 2 hours for the effects of CBD to be processed into the body. Factors that can influence CBD metabolism can vary from user to user and includes, weight, activity level and even what you have eaten that day. This is an indigestible option, with edibles such as chewable sweets/gummies, biscuits or cakes, comes in a variety of flavours and choices, which can offer you a slight CBD hit. This is due to CBD edibles made from hemp only containing a small amount of CBD, which makes this product popular. Its popularity is also, due to the delicious taste and that it can be used discreetly.

CBD Isolates: CBD isolate is a pure, crystalline powder that contains 99% pure CBD. This Product is a great choice for anyone sensitive to even trace amounts of THC and is one of the most versatile forms of CBD. One of the easiest ways to consume CBD isolate is to let it dissolve orally under the tongue for 60 seconds, this method work in the same way as tinctures but is both tasteless and odourless. The most popular and very effective way to intake isolates however, is through inhalation through a vape, a dab rig or pen. Digesting through beverages is another desired way to consume CBD isolates, they can be found in juices, smoothies, coffee or one of our favourite options tea. Keep in mind the a gram of CBD isolate will typically contain over 990 milligrams of CBD, meaning for every one milligram of isolate, your'e essentially getting one milligram of CBD.

CBD Crumble/Budder/Wax/Shatter: As above, CBD crumble and Shatter can contain 99% CBD, meaning you only need a small amount for an effective dose. This option tends to be for those who require high amounts of CBD. This CBD wax packs a punch and is small and easy to carry around. It is odourless and can be quickly and discreetly consumed in a multitude of ways....Vapourising or "dabbing" is probably the most common way to consume CBD crumble. This process consists of heating a small amount of crumble until it vaporizes and then you inhale the vapour. This can be done with a dab rig (similar to a bong) or with a dabbing pen. CBD crumble can also be smoked either as a rolled cigarette or in a bong. Although this is an effective way to consume CBD, any type of combustion brings it's own risks such as your lung health.

~ CBD crumble consists of 99% CBD is a result of the extraction process of a cannabis plant, often of the hemp variety (cannabis with low level THC).

~ There are several methods for wax extraction with CO2 being commonly used alongside butane. The main differences between wax, crumble and shatter is the amount of moisture in the oil, heat levels, and agitation used during the process. If you imagine shatter as the hard candy of the concentrate world, and crumble as the cotton candy. During the drying process crumble and other forms of wax, are heated at a lower temperature and are agitated to mix air into the final product. As the air dries, the air gives the final product the waxey crumbly texture that shatter is missing.

~ Take into consideration that if the product is full spectrum, it can also consist of terpenes, flavourings and small amounts of other cannabinoids.

~ Whether you chose shatter or wax totally depends on your very own personal wants and needs. Shatter and wax offer comparable THC concentrations, although many users believe that wax has a better taste, due to the lower heating temperatures, which preserve more of the strains natural flavouring. If you attain the right dab rig you can always try both before you decide which is your personal favorate.

CBD Full Spectrum vs Isolate: Full spectrum means that the product contains all the cannabinoids that are found in the cannabis plant by nature, rather than just CBD (Cannabidiol). The "entourage effect" associated with full spectrum, refers to the increased effectiveness these products have due to the different cannabinoids working synergistically. Full spectrum products offer you more than 100 different cannabinoids that are found in the Hemp plant, meaning full spectrum products can be more effective than CBD isolate derived products, which only contain isolated CBD molecules.

~ Other than CBD, full spectrum products offer you more than 100 different cannabinoids that are found within the hemp plant and have an important part to play in the effectiveness of a CBD product.....For a list of he major cannabinoids in the cannabis and hemp plant and their effects...Link...

CBD Salves, Balms and Creams: Salves/Balms/Creams are a great way to apply CBD directly on to the skin area. These topicals are cannabis-implanted balms, oils, waxes and moisturisers that are absorbed through the skin and do not reach the circulation system, but it is retained through the skins surface, letting the CBD get transported over the skin cell layers.
